CBD (HEMP) MASSAGE

What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid (chemical compound) of the hemp plant.  Our products come from 100% federally legal industrial hemp, grown organically under the Colorado sun.
Our products begin to work almost immediately to relieve pain*.
Because we use a special, concentrated form of cannabidiol (CBD), relief comes quickly and lasts longer to help keep your pain in check*.
Unlike THC; the most common compound in cannabis, the products we use will not give you any psychoactive effects as they contain less than .03% 0f THC.

CBD oil extracted from the cannabis hemp plant is now being applied topically as a cream, salve, lotion, balm or oil, taken orally as a tincture and in baths and foot soaks.

When applied topically, CBD oil is absorbed into the skin and targets cannabinoid receptors found in the skin’s mast cells and nerve fibers. This gives a calming, anti-inflammatory effect with localized benefits all over the skin and muscles. Massages have been used as a holistic healing practice for centuries, and with infusion of pure hemp CBD oil, it makes for a potent remedy.

Benefits of CBD
Enhances the benefits and experience of massage by decreasing acute and chronic pain, inflammation, anxiety, depression, headaches, migraines, helps clear skin and slow the skins aging process, mental exhaustion and sleep disorders.
These are just some of the benefits you may experience using our products.

More scientific research is being done on the benefits of CBD. I encourage you to research.

Auto Injury (Car or Motor Vehicle) Accidents:

High-impact injuries require an expert massage therapist when recovering from a car or bike accident. The negative impacts are both physical and emotional and they take a toll on your daily life. You will need someone skilled in whiplash and other related muscular issues due to the nature of how a car accident effects the body.

In Washington, all auto insurance carriers are required to offer personal injury protection (PIP) coverage with any auto insurance policy. Although you are allowed to decline PIP coverage, your refusal does not become effective until the insurer obtains a document from you, in writing, stating that you do not want PIP coverage.

PIP covers your medical expenses and wage loss during your recovery. PIP is coverage you obtain through your own insurance policy—not the other driver’s policy. Most PIP policies cover up to $10,000 in medical expenses and $10,000 in lost wages, with some limitations. Some insurers also offer $35,000 PIP policies. Under most policies, there is a three year time limitation on PIP benefits. This means that medical treatment or wage loss occurring more than three years after the crash will not be covered.

PIP is a no-fault benefit, meaning that you are entitled to benefits under your PIP policy regardless of who caused the crash. Even if you caused the crash, you are generally entitled to collect benefits under your PIP policy.

Covered medical expenses include but may not be limited to:

  • Doctor’s Bills

  • Prescription Medication

  • Hospital Bills

  • Ambulance

  • Physical Therapy (if prescribed by your doctor)

  • Massage Therapy (if prescribed by your doctor or chiropractor)

  • Imaging (e.g. as x-rays, MRI, CT)

  • Medical Devices (e.g. knee scooter, crutches, wheelchair ramp to your home)

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Sports Massage: We work with athletes young and old. If you need to perform your best, sports massage may be a very good massage treatment option. Tight or imbalanced muscles can cause alignment issues that directly affect your athletic performance. We often use active and passive stretching techniques to improve range of motion and decrease muscles that don’t move or fire reflex signals appropriately. Deep tissue massage is often used to release and free the muscles for peak performance.  When lactic acid levels are at their peak, there will be times that lighter pressure may be a much better option. We work with competitive athletes, olympic athletes, and weekend warriors that come to us before and after sporting events so they can continue to do what they love even as they get older.

AromaTouch is an essential oil application technique that enables powerful essential oils to reach the optimal areas within the body wherever they will be able to help combat stress, enhance immune function, decrease inflammation, and balance the autonomic nervous system within the recipient.  Oils used: Balance, Lavender, Melaleuca, OnGuard, AromaTouch, Deep Blue, Peppermint and Wild Orange.
